Mushroom Mocha can be brewed using your favorite method, but works best with press or pour over (no paper filters). 2-3 Tbs per 12oz of liquid.

    The process of roasting with select hardwoods, is labor intensive and purposeful. Wood produces a gentle, moist heat that develops the coffee bean without lowering the PH, this means reduced acid and natural compatability with your body.
