We have been buying this coffee for close to 3 years now via mail. It never disappoints! We often take it with us on vacation because we have not found any coffee that comes close to this smooth deliciousness! At Christmas we received some coffee gifts but are always happier when we come back to Bohemian Roastery’s coffee.
I’ve been pulling shots making capp.s for quite a few years with a cranky old Expobar Office Lever and your Espresso blend is thee best I’ve ever tasted. Sweet and smooth, punches through the froth with no bitter after taste. It was easy to get it dialed in and has a moderately narrow brewing profile. Typically I blend my Double Dark beans with sweeter medium roast but not with your esp. blend. Cannot be improved upon as far as I’m concerned. Bravo!!
I take my coffee strong and without any fuss. The Ouroboros French Roast Expresso blend leans into my preferences without any of the bitterness that can come from a strong cup of commercially, non-fire roasted joe. Using auto ship to make sure I am never without is my self-care gift to myself. Adding additional bags to my auto ship on occasion is the gift I give to friends and family ;)
First of all, I love supporting local! Especially unique local companies! Secondly, I can’t tell you how hard and frustrating it is looking for a truly non- acidic coffee beans! I love that they wood fire roast their beans in a machine they designed too- like how cool is that! I highly recommend this company and these beans! They make a wonderful cappuccino and latte ☕️
The first word that comes to mind about Bohemia Roastery coffee is “clean.” Like it just feels pure and smooth and has deep flavor without ever being harsh. I’m an herbalist and the first time I drank this coffee I thought, “Oh, coffee is a herb and this is coffee as herbal medicine!” I’ve put it on subscription.
