We have been buying this coffee for close to 3 years now via mail. It never disappoints! We often take it with us on vacation because we have not found any coffee that comes close to this smooth deliciousness! At Christmas we received some coffee gifts but are always happier when we come back to Bohemian Roastery’s coffee.
Clean and Beautiful Taste..
By chance, I grabbed a bag of this coffee in Sisters, Oregon. And wow, I have finally found a coffee with a wonderful flavor. I have been making lattes for the last 10 years at home and I have finally found a bean that the delivers the flavor I expect.
I ordered a second bag on their webpage, and was excited by how friendly and personal the response from the Bohemian Roastery is. I received my order within several days and it was roasted within the last week before my receiving it.
I’ve been pulling shots making capp.s for quite a few years with a cranky old Expobar Office Lever and your Espresso blend is thee best I’ve ever tasted. Sweet and smooth, punches through the froth with no bitter after taste. It was easy to get it dialed in and has a moderately narrow brewing profile. Typically I blend my Double Dark beans with sweeter medium roast but not with your esp. blend. Cannot be improved upon as far as I’m concerned. Bravo!!
I take my coffee strong and without any fuss. The Ouroboros French Roast Expresso blend leans into my preferences without any of the bitterness that can come from a strong cup of commercially, non-fire roasted joe. Using auto ship to make sure I am never without is my self-care gift to myself. Adding additional bags to my auto ship on occasion is the gift I give to friends and family ;)
